The importance of the wellbeing and safety of Wellman employees cannot be over emphasised, and the company and management places an extremely high priority on that being the case.

Having acquired extensive experience across global sister IVL operational facilities, Jonathan brings substantial knowledge and expertise to Wellman at a very critical time for the company. Recent investments by our parent company in cutting edge recycling technologies has enabled us to meet our customers’ needs, through broadening our raw material stream - while also delivering on our core objective of striving towards a circular economy. Jonathan and his team are working hard to achieve both of these goals.

With a career in Finance, which has extended across the Plastics Industry and almost 10 years working with Wellman International, Anthony is an expert at navigating the challenging financial environment in which our business operates. Safeguarding the interests of employees, customers, suppliers and shareholders is a priority for Anthony and his team, while steering the strategy of the company towards the achievement of ever more sustainable raw materials consumption and circular economy potential.

Noel is our Regional Sales Manager for the German, Swiss, Czech Republic and US among other markets.

Noel has worked with Wellman for 37 years, having worked for many years in the Technical Department in a development role, Noel has an abundance of experience in relation to not only Wellman fibre, processes but also the Nonwovens Industry.

All of our efforts are centred on optimising raw material, systems, processes, packaging, quality control and logistics to ensure that the absolute best product is produced, consistently, for our valued customers. We understand how critical it is for our customers that we deliver quality product.

Tanya Clarke

Head of HR

Tanya is a longstanding member of the Wellman HR Team, with 15 years of experience with Wellman. Working alongside Tanya is a team of job demonstrators who work with her to support all employees, both established and new, through new learning practices. As part of ongoing professional and personal development, every Wellman employee is encouraged to avail of opportunities to upskill and self- improve. Serving the Nonwovens Market for over four decades, succession planning and management is also an important element of Tanya’s role.
