Applications both internal and external will be considered for this position.
This will be a day position Monday to Friday operating from 8.00a.m. to 4.00p.m. with flexibility required to work additional hours/days if requested by the company due to operational requirements.
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing the Store person is responsible for the receipt of all goods into the stores and the issuing of such goods via the ERP (IFS) system.
The Store person is responsible for checking stock levels and to ensure they are reconciled daily/weekly/monthly.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The above position is best suited to somebody who can work in a fast paced environment and can adapt to changing demands.
Knowledge of computerised packages including ERP systems is essential.
The individual must have previous experience in stores with knowledge of Plant consumables – Mechanical and Electrical parts. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
The individual must be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
Previous fork truck experience is essential for the role.
