Wellman International is a European leader in staple fibre and polymer technologies. Our highly engineered, technical fibre solutions offer enhanced value and optimise our customers advantage. In recent years, Wellman has increased its capacity up to 88,000 tonnes, extending the range of fibres which it can offer across a broad decitex range from 1.7 decitex up to 44 decitex. This enables the company to offer products to market for spunlace and technical nonwoven applications as well as for markets requiring heavier decitex options for excellent resilience. Wellman works closely with suppliers to consistently develop and enhance our fibre range through developing products with treatments and additives which greatly adds value for our customers.
