Wellman International announce the launch of its new divisional business structure, at the Heimtextil Exhibition, Frankfurt, January, 2011. The new structure, incorporates three new separate divisions, namely Wellman Smart Fibres, Wellman Hygiene Fibres and Wellman Essential Fibres.
This re-organisation of the business reflects an increasing emphasis over the last number of years on new technical developments within the company and more clearly defines the nature and direction of the business moving into the new decade.
According to Frank Gleeson, Managing Director, ‘The creation of these three new divisions within Wellman International, allows for a more streamlined approach to our business and one which is dedicated to the specific needs of our customers. It also further supports the sharing and development of new technological advances and innovative concepts with our customers’.
Wellman Smart Fibres are an exclusive range of fibres which demonstrate specific unique functional properties, while retaining the quality, versatility and performance synonymous with the Wellman name. The Hygiene Fibre range are an advanced fibre range which have been developed through extensive testing with Industry Partners and adhere to stringent Industry Standards. Wellman Essential Fibres represent the Wellman core fibre range, demonstrating consistent quality, process efficiencies and delivery of performance.
